一、世界级舞台：世界的十字路口，为和平而歌
纽约时代广场，被誉为"世界的十字路口"，是全球流量最高、曝光最强的地标之一。第24届联合国国际和平日音乐会将于2026年9月19日在时代广场的核心露天广场盛大举行，主题为 "Pause the World for Peace"（让世界为和平暂停）。活动盛况将于美东时间9月21日中午12点（北京时间9月22日零点）——即联合国国际和平日正日正午——向全球线上重播。
本届音乐会星光熠熠：披头士乐队传奇成员 Ringo Starr、奥斯卡影帝 Michael Douglas、格莱美传奇 Stevie Wonder、世界杯主题歌演唱者拉丁天后 Shakira、联合国和平使者 珍·古道尔博士 等全球巨星，将以现场演出、虚拟连线与视频祝福等不同形式共同参与。
该音乐会由非营利机构 Good News Corporation 于2002年发起创办，今年携手纽约市主计长办公室、时代广场联盟、纽约市公园局等机构联合举办。2025年的和平日全球直播已获得超过400万次曝光，是国际和平日期间全球影响力最大的国际文化盛事之一。

人物简介
Prince John 王国权，联合国妇女地位委员会大会（CSW）官方论坛主持人及官方代表，被誉为"国际妇女之友"，跨文化交流与公益传播使者。作为模特，他实现了中国人在联合国妇女大会舞台上的首秀；同时兼具作家、文化策划人、国际主持人、歌手、演员多重身份。纽约州参议院、纽约市议会分别授予其"情歌王子、国际主持人"荣誉称号。他曾与艾美奖、格莱美奖得主同台合作演出，受邀登上纽约林肯艺术中心、卡内基音乐厅、纽约市政厅，以及哥伦比亚大学、耶鲁大学等世界级文化殿堂与顶尖学府，担任主持及演唱嘉宾。2026年4月，他与伦敦奥运会闭幕式的主唱者、“水果姐”前夫英国知名喜剧明星 Russell Brand 共同作为重量级嘉宾出席第56届世界地球日时代广场音乐会，与世界各国政要、艺术家共倡环保。多年旅居欧美多国，深耕跨文化交流与国际传播，足迹遍及纽约、巴黎、布鲁塞尔、上海等城市，其跨文化传播实践先后获 CNN、American Channel 《世界日报》《星岛日报》《侨报》等海外国际主流媒体报道。

International Host Prince John-Wang Guoquan Named Press Spokesperson for the 24th Annual International Day of Peace Concert in Times Square
Good News Corporation, producer of the 24th Annual International Day of Peace Concert in Times Square, today announced the appointment of Prince John-Wang Guoquan — official forum moderator and official delegate of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), and international host — as press spokesperson for this year's concert.
Held in observance of the United Nations International Day of Peace, the concert will take place on September 19, 2026, at the central open-air plaza in the heart of Times Square, between West 46th and West 47th Streets, under the theme "Pause the World for Peace." The event will be rebroadcast globally at noon Eastern Time on September 21, the exact day of the United Nations International Day of Peace.
Founded in 2002, the annual concert is presented this year in partnership with the New York City Comptroller's Office, the Times Square Alliance, NYC Parks, and SAPO. The 2025 broadcasts reached more than 4 million global impressions, making it one of the most influential civic cultural events of the International Day of Peace season.
According to the organizers, this year's program will feature Ringo Starr, Michael Douglas, Stevie Wonder, Shakira (in support of UNICEF), and UN Messenger of Peace Dr. Jane Goodall, participating in various forms, including live performance, virtual appearances, and video messages.
As press spokesperson, Prince John-Wang Guoquan will coordinate multilingual media coverage across the event's full cycle — previews, live reporting, and post-event follow-up.
About Prince John-Wang Guoquan
Prince John-Wang Guoquan is an official forum moderator and official delegate of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), and a cross-cultural communicator. As a model, he made history with the first runway appearance by a Chinese national at the UN Women conference; he is also a writer, cultural curator, international host, and singer. He has been honored with proclamations from the New York State Senate and the New York City Council. He has performed alongside Emmy and Grammy Award winners and has appeared as a host and guest performer at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, New York City Hall, Columbia University, and Yale University. In April 2026, he joined British comedian Russell Brand as a featured guest at the 56th Annual Earth Day Times Square Concert.
