艾伦赵琼简介（Qiongzhao Ellen. Schicktanz）美籍华裔著名艺术家（油画、雕塑）、文学美术史博士，国际资深艺术策展人，美国女神艺术博物馆馆长，罗丹国际艺术家基金会副主席，［纽约世界艺术］杂志总编。油画和雕塑作品从1988年至今先后被国际诸多机构收藏或作为城市公共艺术景观。收藏机构包括日本富士美术馆、美国革命历史博物馆（美国独立战争博物馆）、美国国家宪法中心，华盛顿渡河国家历史遗址公园、纽约联邦大厅国家纪念馆、美国华人华侨博物馆、世界孙中山基金会、宾夕法尼亚美术学院等。

and let colors heal children's hearts and growth
Good morning!
Dear members of the United Nations Human RightsCouncil, distinguished guests and friends.
I am QiongzhaoEllen.Schicktanz, Vice Chairman of the Rodin International Artists Foundationin the United States. I am very honored to speak on behalf of the foundationtoday. Calling on artists around the world to care for children with autism andlet art colors heal children's hearts and growth.
Autism Challenges from a Global Perspective
Today, as globalization deepens, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), asan important issue affecting millions of families around the world, hasreceived increasing attention from the international community. Whether indeveloped or developing countries, the challenges faced by autism are similar.However, different countries and regions have significant differences inresources and capabilities in the diagnosis, treatment and support services ofautism. For this reason, as a broad and far-reaching social issue, the degreeof attention and understanding of autism is directly related to theinclusiveness and harmonious development of society. Global cooperation and exchangeshave also become particularly important in this area.
Art, as a language that transcends national boundaries, has a uniquepower. For children with autism, art is not only an important tool forexpressing emotions and ideas, but also a bridge to help them explore the worldand enhance their self-confidence. Colors play a unique role in this process.They can not only stimulate the imagination of children with autism, but alsobring more warmth and happiness to their lives.
The power of art: healing and expression
Colors have a special meaning in the lives of children with autism.Studies have shown that colors can affect emotions and help people expressthemselves better. For children with autism, conveying emotions andunderstanding the world through colors is a way for them to explore the outsideworld.

Responsibilities and missions of global artists
The well-being of children with autism is closely related to theinclusiveness of society. As a member of the global society, everyone has theresponsibility to care for and support these children. Artists, as importantmembers of society, can speak for autistic children through their creations andpromote social harmony and progress. Let us work together to create a worldfull of care and tolerance, so that every autistic child can grow up healthily.In the world of art, let every autistic child find his or her ownvoice and expression. Let us light up their lives with colors together, andbring more beauty and hope to their growth.
Here I call on artists around the world to take action, use yourtalents and creativity, and bring the power of color into the lives of autisticchildren. Through artistic creation, you can provide autistic children with anon-verbal way of expression to help them better communicate with the world.Through art, we can arouse the society's attention to autism, and promotegovernments, non-governmental organizations, enterprises and individuals towork together to improve the quality of life of autistic children and protecttheir education, medical and social rights.
Artists invite autistic children to participate in creation throughart exhibitions, workshops and community activities, so that they can feel thebeauty and power of colors. In these activities, autistic children can not onlylearn new skills, but also discover themselves and enhance their confidence inthe process of creation.

Schicktanz Profile Chinese-American artist (oilpainting, sculpture), PhD in literature and art history, senior internationalart curator, director of the Goddess Art Museum in the United States, vicechairman of the Rodin International Artists Foundation, and editor-in-chief of [NewYork World Art] magazine.
Her oil paintings and sculptures have been collected by manyinternational institutions or used as urban public art landscapes since 1988.Collectors include the Fuji Art Museum in Japan, the Museum of the AmericanRevolution (American War of Independence Museum), the National ConstitutionCenter of the United States, the Washington Crossing National Historic SitePark, the Federal Hall National Memorial in New York, the Museum of ChineseAmericans, the World Sun Yat-sen Foundation, the Pennsylvania Academy of FineArts, etc.
She won the [Japan Fuji Art Award] twice in 1992 and 2002. In 2018,she won the 32nd Ellis Island Medals of Honor for Outstanding Immigrants in theUnited States. In 2021, she won the highest award of the 43rd New YorkInternational Art Fair [Art Excellence Award] and the 45th [World Art LeaderAward] in 2023. In 2022, he won the [Chinese Cultural Heritage Award] of theChinese American Conference, and at the end of 2023, she won the [GlobalLeadership Award] of Morris Greenberg of the United States. In 2024, sheattended the United Nations Women's Conference and won the [World Culture andArt Outstanding Achievement Award].
