佛兰西斯.柯雷基亚博士表示了多元文化的交流是世界的正能量，他对王鹏飞主席在世界上推动多元文化的努力表示赞赏。他认为此次得奖人中，人才辈出，创意很多，会对世界多元文化犮生良性影响，是东西方文艺复兴的首次正式交流，意义重大。他与国际艺坛之共识为范光陵先生把中国 “诗画合一” 的艺术哲学思想，世界首次绘在油画画布上的创新，是21世纪的 “艺术革命”。
